1.The mobile company s atrocities is growing day by day , and they are not showing any of the interest about customer care ,
At first we can see the aircel s atrocities , When they start the TEEN TALK offer they said " speak with your lovable @ 10p/min , but then now from the march12 they are changed the call rate to 20p/min ...... the mobile customer like we are very depressed about this change ....
In most of the western country's there is good plan to customer that is once a customer bought a SIM , that number is permanent to him lifelong , if he want change the plan or company they can change with out the changing of the mobile number ,but in India there is no such a plan ....
The Telecom regulatory authority of India [TRAI] proposed that plan but , till now that is not implemented....
The truth is ,if this PERMANENT NUMBER PLAN is implemented in India no one will stay with AIRCEL.... this means don't means other networks are good , but on compared with aircel they are not bad .....

As per the rules and regulation's OF TRAI, once a customer bought a SIM in a specific TARIFF rate , the mobile company is not able to change their plans and tariff rates after the SIM sold..... but the companies using some tricks to overtake the TRAI .. THAT IS THE TERM "CONDITIONS APPLY" ... They hidden the conditions and sell their Sim to people ...after that they betrayed the customers...
so we should aware of this frauds, when we decide to buy a Sim we should call the customer care ask the full conditions , here you should understand one thing the companies not able to change the tariff after we bought the Sim , but they can hide their conditions , so we should call the customer care and ask about the conditions...If it happens in mass they are not able to betray the customers
3.THE KNOWN THEFT .. In message rent plan AIRCEL company is charging re 1/day , if our balance comes rs 3 , they outgoing message service will stopped but they will take re one in consequent days....
